New York Knicks' Nate Robinson 3-time dunk champion

Nate Robinson becomes the NBA’s first three-time slam dunk champion, and that’s just enough for him. The New York Knicks basketballer says he’s done with the marquee event of Saturday night’s All-Star festivities.

“No, no, no, no, no. I don’t think I can bear that anymore. I’m just happy with this third one,” he said. “This is the last one.”

Nate Robinson barely won another title, garnering 51 percent of the fan vote to hold off Toronto rookie DeMar DeRozan in a largely forgettable dunk contest.

DeRozan advanced to the final round after getting a perfect score of 50 on his second dunk of the first round.

After bringing several Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders on the court with him, Robinson’s final dunk came when he threw the ball off the backboard, grabbed it and turned midair for a two-handed backward slam.

Guy Dupuy's New Dunk Video

Over the weekend at London's Nike Midnight Madness, amateur dunk champ Guy Dupuy did this:

Never before has someone done an off-the-bounce, over someone standing, between the legs dunk. At least not on camera.

Watch Guy Dupuy in the YouTube video below for the reverse angle — it's just as spectacular.

Shaq Vs Ben Roethlisberger

New ABC reality sports show "Shaq Vs.," premiere stars NBA star Shaquille O’Neal last night. According to avclub.com, the show has Shaq as the host, who travels across the country to challenge sports professionals to a series of competitions.

And in last night’s very first episode, Shaq took on Pittsburgh Steeler quarterback and reigning Super Bowl champion Ben Roethlisberger. The challenge was to take on Ben in a quick football scrimmage and for Shaq to prove that he can beat "Big Ben," as he is known in the game.

Shaquille certainly showed that he is indeed a gifted athlete at anything he tries and seemed to pick up the steps and ball handling skills pretty quickly. Shaq certainly comes across as enthusiastic for the show.
